"Hotel was great other than elevators. You have to wait a long time to catch an elevators. "

"Room was wonderful, but they could have a sofa in the room or comfortable chair that’s the only thing sit on the bed I enjoy my view The drinks wasn’t too strong. I had a Long Island iced tea.wasn’t strong very expensive. The breakfast is OK I would’ve been a little more healthy little selections. I will come back again."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and well kept. They tend to your needs and the location is very ideal to do almost any NY activity. Will go back. "

"The Wi-Fi wasn't working on the TV—and without Wi-Fi, you can't watch TV. In the bathroom, they only left me one roll of toilet paper for a three-day stay. When they cleaned the room after two days, they didn't leave me a bath towel—only a hand towel—and no soap either! They only provide moisturizer; they don't leave any shampoo. It also functions as a short-stay hotel, so you can hear the neighbors screaming during their passionate activities! The only good thing is that a bus to downtown stops right at the hotel entrance. There was also a piece of gum stuck to the nightstand; the room only has a small refrigerator—though I’m not sure if it actually worked, because it wasn't cooling!"
