"The best experience over many travels around the world ! The level of care, politeness and kindness has no comparison! The managed Johan is absolutely top class manager , Andrea at the Pescatore restaurant the best waitress met and Paolo at the Mediterraneo restaurant just the most friendly and gentle soul ever met ! It feels sofisticate and welcoming, it’s delightful to be there as we have never experienced despite travelling many 5 stars hotel ! Amazing prime staff ! We will definitely come bank Marianne and Alan"

"Fabulous property! The staff go above and beyond, the included breakfast buffet is unbelievable, I mean it is next level amazing! Endless rows of freshly made pastries that look like a work of art, and everything else your heart could desire for breakfast! Plan your day around breakfast, do not miss it. The pool is great. You do need to take a shuttle to the beach, but the beach is pristine, with crystal clear water and loungers with towels are already set up with water also available. We loved having the sea view room, which was beautifully decorated, updated and clean. I’m counting down the days until we can return again. Also, if you are from the US, there is a direct flight from JFK to Olbia."

"Our bathroom had a terrible stench of drainage each time we ran the water in the sink and the room in general had a strong smell of humidity. Bathroom needs upgrading. Other than that the room was clean. Grounds are lovely and very well kept, breakfast was good and staff were very nice."

"The location was amazing. The beach views are unbeatable. This was some of the clearest water we have ever seen. However, the hotel is a bit older with some wear and tear. The rooms could have been a little more clean. Our AC unit was not working and the maintenance person said there was not much he could do, so they brought us fans. Also, important to note, there is loud music/karaoke party every night starting at 9pm and ending around midnight. Even with ear plugs in, we could still hear the music from our room, which made it difficult to sleep."
