"What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The pool area is stunning with a pool bar and sea views. The only comment I would make is that the drinks are on the slightly high side. "The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."

"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
