They wouldn't let us open the umbrella at the beach...front desk didn't believe that we didn't have beach towels...made my husband run to the room twice because they didn't believe us ..so he brought down the shower towels to prove a point. Maybe wouldn't have been that big of a deal but we were exhausted from traveling.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Lovely restaurant and bar area! Food was amazing and service superb! Lovely beach front location. Reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with sun loungers and umbrella’s at an additional cost. Pool area is very small. More sun loungers on the terrace would be beneficial. Those that were there were reserved for particular rooms. Limited facilities in the area.

There is nothing around the hotel. There are no amenities. There are no stores around. There are only a few simple pizzerias. The area the hotel is located in is rather dull. The beachfront is the only good thing about the hotel.

I paid for a “beachfront” room and got a room on the second floor with barely no view of the beach. Davide insisted that it was beachfront. The rooms you pay for are subject to interpretation by the staff. Hotel needs a lot of updating. However, the beach is beautiful!

The hotel is practical to stay because it’s close to the airport. The hotel beach is very small but nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean but extremely noisy. Our room was on the first floor and had no window view, only windows to the hall, so we had to keep the curtains closed. People would drag their trolleys since 5 am which was extremely loud. One can hear whatever is happening upstairs because poor isolation. One very good thing is the shower to use in the spa once you’re checked out and spent the day at the beach. That room should have a lock tho.

We arranged transportation a week in advance as the property indicated. Driver canceled while we were in the air and offered no solution. Property advertises transportation, no one was there to pick us up. Limited lounge chairs for the beach and grass lounge chairs so we were not able to hang out on property and relax. Nice location, clean room and good bay to swim in. Dining room was nice and good food and servers efficient.

The hotel was set in beautiful gardens. We stayed in the Villa. Clean rooms, great food and outstanding friendly and helpful staff. We totally enjoyed our stay. Hotel though would benefit from putting on a courtesy bus into Olbia as transport is limited. Would definitely return.

Vielen Dank an Sofia an der Rezeption, sie war sehr nett und konnte deutsch. Sie hat uns schöne Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Das ganze Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, leider hört man abends die anderen Gäste in den Nachbarzimmern oder auf dem Balkon. Aber grundsätzlich war es ruhig.
