Casa Azul 111

  • This new construction property was completed in November 2023 and features a large living room, kitchen, and dining space as well as two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the beautiful weather of southwest Florida on the front porch while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or favorite foods on the grill. The location was purposefully selected to showcase the best that Punta Gorda has to offer. Only being two blocks from downtown allows guests to enjoy the many bars and restaurants that are offered. Guests can take short walk to enjoy a waterfront meal or stroll through the shops at Fisherman's Village. The newly finished Sunseeker Resort is just across the bridge where guests can access the many bars, restaurants, and pools within. With the modern finishes and coastal aspects of the property, guests are destined to love their new home away from home in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Perfect place if you want to enjoy Punta Gorda. Walking distance to the park, restaurants, and harbor. Modern vacation home with all the amenities. Perfect location! Our next trip to PG we will definitely be using this location again.

Beautiful House / Great Location

The house is newly built so everything was clean and brand new. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and the bathrooms were clean and offered plenty of storage. The location of the property is great. It's an easy aalk to shops and restaurants or down to the beach. Very nice place in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Azul. The home was clean, well thought out and was fully stocked with all of the kitchen/cleaning supplies, towels, pillows, blankets, etc.. that we needed. The hosts were generous and easy to communicate with. The location is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
