"I really like the property lobby and common areas. We used one time the kid playroom very convenient for families. However, the beach was very dirty the first two days we arrived. We ordered room service, great food, and friendly staff but we waited too long almost 40 minutes or more. We invited friends and they couldn't use the facility with us (pool) "

"REVIEW FOR KRYSTAL GRAND ONLY NOT THE HACIENDA SIDE Pros: easy to walk around and close proximity to downtown, shopping centers, the marina and grocery stores. The staff are wonderful and super nice. Owest (sushi bar 18 pool) was the highlight of our stay. Pretty quiet and lots of infinity pool space to relax and watch the sunset.
