Great beach front apartment

Nice place, great location, incredible view and piecefull. Our only surprice with this units was that the 3rd upper bedroom lacked privacy. It is only separated from the main living area using drape curtains. Fortunatley we sent the kids upstairs. Listing should be more accurate. Laura was great and quick to reply. Would definately love to visit again.

The location is excellent for privacy and quietness. Bathrooms needs major upgrades especially the showers. Very slow water pressure and moldy caulk. Toilets don't flush well and with little or no toilet paper clogs easily. Housekeeper could do a much better job of keeping the place really clean. Living room ceiling fan had broken fin and didnt work. The living room gets really warm early in the mornings due to sunrises. Need blackout curtains for the 3rd loft bonus room . It has no privacy being upstairs snd the stairs are extremely narrow to get there.

Great stay in Cap Cana

Communication was amazing, questions answered quickly. Spacious apartment, kids loved the loft area. Huge patio to enjoy the ocean view. Thanks.

Excellent apartment, lots of room and beautiful view of the ocean. Located close to pool, beach and restaurants. Great attention and quick response from the property manager.
