Clean cozy apartment in Iberostar resort Bavaro with Pool, Wi-Fi & private beach

Dear guests!
Our beautiful apartment is located in closed area of Iberostar Bavaro Resort, it's only 20 mins from Punta Cana International Airport. Our comfortable apartment is fully equipped, has great location and waits for you, your family and friends! We are happy to offer shared pool and free access to private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. It's only 5 mins drive by golf cart. We provide golf carts for rent, 4 seater is $30/day, usually they are in high demand, that's why we suggest to book in advance. Refundable security deposit $300 is required (when rent is over 1 month, deposit $500).
Before booking please pay attention:
- refundable security deposit of $300 (cash) is required upon arrival
- electricity is extra payment. 1KW is $0.3. Amount spent depends on consumption, season and number of people living
- 5 cubic meters ($5) of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay 1$ for each 1m³.

- crowded parties are NOT allowed
- before making a reservation please read carefully our house rules.
- If you are planning to have any visits from outside the Iberostate complex, please inform the villa manager in advance. All guests should follow the security protocol inside the property. Last minute visits are to be advised before 5 pm on weekdays and before 12 pm on Saturdays. If not advised before this time unfortunately security won’t let visitors in.

Guests can enjoy all the infrastructure of the huge complex adjacent to the residence such as 3 km of white beaches, more than 30 restaurants and bars, sport clubs and tennis courts, massage rooms, a variety of pools and playgrounds, leading brands and souvenir shops, entertainment shows. Also you can buy hotel day-passes, eat and drink at hotel's restaurants. That way you don't need to cook or worry about food at all. Variety of restaurants just 5 mins away by golf cart/car.
