Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"

Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Steer clear. This place is substandard.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would give them. This property made it a huge hassle to check in and then they pestered me with rude emails asking if I wanted to check out early and asking me for more money to stay an extra half hour. They were a very poor guest experience overall.

The property needs a little updating. The lock of the principal gate is faulty as is the property door This apartment faces the street and the living room window curtains aren't enough to block for privacy. The top bunk beds need adjusting, no one was to sleep. Not secure. Upon arrival, we found the bedroom flooded with water apparently from the washer. The other renters around were having birthday parties and other gatherings every night passed 2am. Their guests would sit outside the stairs and speak very very loud. As well as in their departure, as the parking spaces were right under our window. We have stayed here before and never had a problem. We are seniors with their grandkids so I needed to be up with them all night. Please update your rules of conduct and courtesy so other future renters will have a better experience.

Mucho dinero pobre servicio. Solo se pde disfrutar l día, entras a las 4 y sales 11:am y la empleada ya está para recoger llaves.. Sr Franco prepotente. Solo le importa el $ no el huesped.

Excelente ubicacion si quieres playa. Área segura con muy buena gastronomía alrededor. La facilidad necesita un poco de cariño comenzando área de cocina , platos con pedazos rosto, esponja no tenia una nueva para fregar. Para el precio necesita estar pendiente a los detalles. La cama tenia pelo En el anuncio indica Lavadora y secadora y tiene un papel donde te indica que no puedes usar la lavadora y secadora.

I enjoyed that the property was on the first floor. The parking and entrance to the property were very close. The main gate was difficult to open and lock. The beach is close by. There is no washer and dryer for guest use. There is no swimming pool.

The owner sent me an incorrect pin, wasted time and gas, then I was charged with extra fees that were not indicated on the website. When I called hotels.com they told me he never answered to give out an explanation. Other than that, the location is good.
