"The owners are excellent. Place very clean but dated. Hot water great pressure. Pretty gardens lots of plants and flowers. Pool was clean. Limited restaurants and they close in the afternoon so we ate from a gas station with limited food. Need a car. Beach across the street looked nice, but didn’t use we only stayed few hours waiting for late flight. For the money it was good."

"It was difficult to find and get to. Road was steep and narrow with too many turns. Driving to the property in the dark was hard. Walking to the room next the pool through the narrow ledge with luggage and steep stairs was not great. The room was good, and clean. The views were fantastic. There was no hot water in the shower. Other than that it was good."

"This property was grossly misrepresented. It was 25 minutes from airport and not even close to the beach. As we drove up pass sickly looking goats on a muddy road, we arrived at the property. It was a $30 taxi ride. Then when I was shown the room, I told the attendant it was unacceptable, she said , well you’re stuck with it, I’m not refunding you. The room was the size of the double bed. "This was our second time staying at this property in as many years! It's a great layout, nice big terrace. The owners, Jerôme and Corinne, are wonderful! They are close, so any questions or problems can/will be dealt with immediately. The apartment is close to great beaches, it's quiet and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Papeete. "While the Tahitian weather wasn’t very nice during our stay, we loved Henri’s little house. The location was great and the beach next door was exceptional (when the sun shone).
