Very clean and comfortable, esp the staff are very kind and helpful. We want to buy fresh tuna, she drive us to stores two times, unfortunately the fish sold out, and after work she bought the fish and sent to our room. She always did what she could to help us. We selected this hotel mainly due to the high score of customer feedback, they really did very well and we felt very warm and comfortable. Additional, the snorkeling in front of the hotel is super good.

The property is a little ran down. Beach is so so.

Was a great first night in Tahiti. The property is fantastic. The people are amazing. Would definitely consider staying there if we weren’t passing through to different islands.

Cook’s Bay is one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ve stayed at many fantastic places around the world. The staff was amazingly nice. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The showers were hot. The towels were first class. Most important for us was the amazing snorkeling right off the edge of the property and the amazing views of the beautiful mountains of Moorea. We saw sharks, turtles and rays along the beautiful coral reef that drops down like a cliff just off the water’s edge. The water was unbelievably clear and blue. The swimming pool was perfect. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it will encourage more people to go there when I would love for this to remain a secret.

Everything was great. The room was so beautiful. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have bikes you can borrow for a quick run to the grocery store. We also enjoyed taking out the paddle boards.
