"We had a lovely stay at Domaine de Rymska for one night. The property was beautiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were really welcoming, accomodating, and professional. The weather wasn't the greatest so we couldn't spend time outside, and there is nothing nearby, but if you are looking for a night or two to unwind with some good food and ambiance it's great! "Overall, the hotel is very good – the facilities are excellent, and the food was outstanding. However, one of the rooms we were given was extremely small, to the point where it felt like a design mistake by the architect. Additionally, since it was summer, it got quite hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"I chose this place randomly because it was the start of the Burgundy trail, it had a hammam and sauna and it was off the beaten path. Not sure it was the right choice for us. The

was great. But the room was disappointing. It was a dark room with a gloomy alley view. The fixtures were modern and cool, but it did not make up for the cheap drywall and musty smell. The service is friendly. The lobby is comfortable and well appointed. Do not eat dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. "

"This hotel is the perfect spot to stay if you are in Chalon. The front desk is very helpful. It is a quick walk to parks and other tourist areas. Walking through town is a delight. Breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant were wonderful. One of our best memories will be the breakfasts both because of the view of the plaza but especially the food. We had four rooms, all arriving at different times and they placed us together without having to be asked. The staff do everything they can to make you feel special. My husband also states that they have the best croissants in all of France! "
