We had a lovely stay at Domaine de Rymska for one night. The property was beautiful and the meal we had at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were really welcoming, accomodating, and professional. The weather wasn't the greatest so we couldn't spend time outside, and there is nothing nearby, but if you are looking for a night or two to unwind with some good food and ambiance it's great! The only unfortunate thing was that we did not realize we'd have to pay extra even to enjoy the steam or sauna so there really wasn't much to do once there.

Albeit a marvelous property, with outstanding rooms and decor, it could of course get better. This is an amazing hotel. Hands down to that. It is located on the countryside of Burgundy with a very relaxed and bucolic atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful. The living room, the fireplace, the restaurant are all nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly, despite a portion of the employees struggling a bit with English (I consider this as mostly a place for the french people per se instead of tourists from other countries). There are much things to consider, however. Let's start with how I would consider a 5 star hotel, Relais&Chateaux should approach a guest and how I was treated. Firstly, no one helped me to take the luggage out of my car. I had to ask people to help me to take it to the room, that was on top of a staircase with no elevator available. This, coupled with nothing that could be considered as a "warm welcome" such as a glass of sparkling wine, or a coffee, was offered. The room was amazing. We stayed at the Rymska Suite. Plenty of windows. A large and comfortable bathroom. But a lot of little things again. Towels were really small. I don't have such little towels at my house, and I don't live in a 5 star hotel. Bathroom amenities were not refilled unless you directly asked the staff. It came to an absurd of the start putting back an empty tube of shampoo back in the shower. Tivemos uma estadia sensacional, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O staff é extremamente gentil e faz de tudo para você se sentir em casa. Tivemos um upgrade no quarto, o que tornou a estadia ainda melhor. O restaurante é excelente, tanto para o café da manhã quanto para o jantar.
