Breakfast was a combination of buffet and order at your table for added seasonal menu. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great service, nothing like I’ve experienced anywhere else. "Deluxe, King Size , Ocean View The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁"
