The facilities were undeniably old, but the place was well-maintained and clean. The room we stayed in faced the beach and offered a wonderful view. I ordered food at a bar on the beach, but it hadn’t arrived even after an hour. When I told the staff, they sneered and said they hadn’t received my order. However, my credit card statement showed the charge for the order.

I wanted a quiet beach-front relaxing weekend and that is exactly what I got. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing and the staff were experienced - what a treat! The beach was clean and well-maintained with a small cafe to order snacks and drinks. The main restaurant overlooks the beach and it was a lovely setting to eat dinner and watch the sun go down. The food was good enough - nothing amazing (first-world living has spoiled me probably) but good food. I'd go back as it was excellent value for money.

Honest review for a 3* hotel

The hotels setting is wonderful as are the gardens and the beach ( although needs some serious clean up of plastic) the breakfast can be busy but is generally good with a vast choice of food. The pool is very good as is the glass bar it feels odd paying extra to use the pool there though. The thing that lets this hotel down is that it is described as a 4* the rooms are very tired with old iron furniture that would look nicer in my garden , pvc cushions that belong in the 70's. The king size bed isn't a king size bed it's 2 beds pushed together. The paintwork is old not crisp and sharp. The a/c works if you want the room to be fridge like as it is on or off you can't adjust it. The bathroom smelt musty on arrival and we where to find out why soon enough. If you turn of the A/C due to it being like fridge the bathroom extractor also will turn off. We also had a leak from the toilet which we pointed out and was sorted, we also had water dripping from the ceiling as you walked into the room so put a towel down as it was dangerous, housekeeping didn't even notice and get it attended to. The bar on the beach is hit and miss wether they have the food available that is listed on the menu. The staff however lacking in some departments are very polite and nearly always acknowledge you.

Extremely poor service, staff too rude, online booking but given a terrible room, cleaners behaving like boss very rude to customers. Breakfast extremely poor compare to the hotel so called 4 or 5 star. I will never return to this hotel again for life unless management take the above seriously to train the staff to be professional

This hotel could definitely do with a lick of paint (and a few more power sockets in the rooms) but don’t let that distract you from this being an amazing place to stay. Bon emplacement mais mauvaise qualité de service

Points positifs : accès direct à la plage, 15 minutes de marche pour aller au centre ville, choix de restauration à proximité, buffet petit déjeuner complet, chambre propre et bien équipée. Points négatifs : carte bancaire débitée avant l'arrivée alors que la chambre était réservée en paiement sur place, personnel qui a rechigné à reconnaître ses erreurs, pas d'eau chaude de tout le séjour, il faut juste compter sur de l'eau tiède pour les économies d'énergie on imagine, buffets dîners bord de mer tous annulés sans prévenir alors que la publicité était affichée dans tout l'hôtel.

Absolutely perfect. Right on the beachfront with options for where to eat and swim. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Cocktails in the pool, drinks at the tropical beach bar, and a stellar dinner at the glass bar. The price is so reasonable! We loved that families could be shouting and having fun at the pool, while we were listening to live jams at the Tropical Beach Bar

Frühstück sehr gut mit viel Auswahl, Liegen am Strand könnten repariert werden etwas desolat und der Strand vom Müll gereinigt werden nicht nur bei den Liegen.

Dejligt sted

Overdrivelse fremme booking, så tro ikke på hele teksten hos Hotels.com Stedet er godt slidt og masse af reparations arbejde foregik i de 10 dage vi var på stedet. Vandet i havet er ok, men ikke eventyr agtig. Der er slam på bunden efter spildevandsudledning. Men personalet er fantastisk, stedet har charme og vejret gør at man glemmer det negative. Afstandende er vildledende i beskrivelserne, der er ca 30 minutters gang til centrum og 10 minutter i taxi, og du venter 10 minutter på den kommer.

よかったです

建物は古めですが、きちんと清掃されているので快適に過ごせます。繁華街からは少し距離がありますが、まわりにレストランも複数あるし24時間営業の商店もあるので、ホテルのビーチでのんびり過ごす分には不便はありません。値段も手ごろなので次回も利用したいです。
