This was a great stop over point for our trip to Cape Reinga. The property was clean and well stocked. Glenn and Tara were helpful and friendly hosts.

The inside of the property is gorgeous, well stocked, clean, and comfortable. There is a lovely porch for sunset sipping, BBQ and fully stocked kitchen.

Stylish studio style home in Houhora
Immaculately clean and tidy studio with some stylish touches. Tara was very helpful. Breakfast supplies a real bonus.

Lovely spot
Open plan living and sleeping with separate bathroom. Good design. Lovely outside living. Very private (apart from occasional car down next door driveway and some lovely doggy visitors). Well equipped. Idyllic location. Helpful owners. Well stocked and with breakfast provisions which was a nice extra touch. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely quiet stay

Tara and Glen were perfect hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and were well informed about what to do with our time in the area. Space was clean, gorgeous, well equipped with thoughtful touches and as described. Would definitely recommend and will stay again😊

The lodge was well appointed & is new. It was open plan and the deck out the back afforded privacy.
