"A pleasant and affordable place in Picton. Ideal if you’re staying for half a week or so. There was free breakfast foods available and a nice outdoor balcony and an indoor area with a TV. Rooms are very tidy. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were pleasant. Staff are attentive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again."

"We were disappointed in this room. If you get an unrenovated room, it looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the shower grout and the housekeepers rag was hanging on our shower curtain rod when we got the room. These rooms really need to be renovated for the prices you pay!"

"Clean good rooms, comfortable. Communication beforehand was non-existent. Asked about parking on the premises for trailer and had no response. Get to the property and had to struggle as parking was a nightmare to get a trailer in and up the very tight driveway. "

"The view was just beautiful of the harbor. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nicely furnished, interesting artwork. It’s above a cafe, so convenient for morning coffee. Easy walk up from the ferry terminal and close to a lovely little park. Walking distance to shops and dining. Would certainly recommend and would book again. "
