Location is great, just 4blocks away from the Los muertos Beach, Is also in the middle of Restaurants, Night clubs, tacos stands, church, Market, pharmacies, hospitals, just steps away,
One block away from the highway 200 close to the buses that takes you to Boca , you will enjoy the location as well as the quality of the unit. it has a 2 bedroom, one is close and the other one is complete open like a loft it has a King size Bed and a queen size bed, also a sofa Bed in the leaving room, accommodates up to 6 people in all the space! 1000 s.q ft . the building has a comercial space and 6 condominios in 2 floors, this particular one is located in the 3 th floor so is the PH, with no neighbors aside just downstairs, it has air conditioner, fans, big and spacious kitchen, a washer dryer unit, 1 complete bathroom with a tub 2 closets and half of a bathroom, a big terrace , 2 flies of stairs.
