Located in the prestigious and luxurious Signature by Pinnacle, just 200 metres from Los Muertos Beach and in the heart of the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Situated just above Olas Altas Street, and accessible by an electric funicular, Signature by Pinnacle is only a few minutes walk away from many delicious dining options, fabulous galleries, boutiques and memorable nightclubs. The building has around-the-clock security and offers a spectacular lounge bar and infinity pool as well as an equipped gym which is available free-of-charge to all guests.

Signature 406 Puerto Vallarta Condo is located on the 4th floor, facing the sea, and affords unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. Its corner location and back windows capture refreshing, cooling, mountain breezes throughout the day and evening. There is also a 45' long private terrace facing the sea with a private dipping pool of 9' x 10'

Everything was perfect. I can see why this property is always booked. We didn’t want to leave! Host was super responsive, and Juan Carlos was there to welcome us and make sure we had everything that we needed. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures show, and the dipping pool was our favorite spot. 10/10!

Great little get away

Very cute and secure condo. It was very clean and has a great location. Loved the hot tub, with a great view from the balcony. Tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful big condo. Great host. Pool on the bottom floor was quiet and perfect with the swim up bar. Great place to stay in and enjoy a vacation or get out and about town!

Just book it!!

Stayed at this property for my 50th birthday with my three sisters. There is no detail left untouched. The views are spectacular. Juan Carlos is absolutely amazing! The location is top notch. As a group of four women, we felt extremely safe. If the dates you’re looking for are available, I would 100% book it. Everyone at the property that we came in contact with were amazed that we were able to secure this location for our vacation.

Wonderful Stay

I've stayed in this building multiple times before but this is definitely one of my favorite units. Specatular view & patio including the jacuzzi and the built in speakers with Bluetooth are also nice & work well. Would definitely be happy to go back!

This property was breathtaking. Tons of amenities. We attended a few events and had guests over once, but the quiet time in the dipping pool during sunset or just reading a book in the sun were the highlights.

Location Location Location

Great Location in Romantica Zone. Walking distance to everything. The condo is a large two bedroom with phenomenal views and everything you need to be comfortable in a home away from home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and a great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay in PV

This was the trip I needed so much! The place had everything we needed and was close to all the places we wanted to visit! So easy to access the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The house was comfortable and looked even better than the pictures! The view was amazing and the dipping pool was a much needed addition that I didn’t know I needed till I had access to it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It would very hard to stay anywhere else when I felt so perfect in this house!

A true beauty!

Beautiful Property and Great Location

Unit 406 benefits from an amazing view, a prime location, and a very helpful management company. We had plenty of hot water, cold air, and the Bluetooth music system was a nice companion to the dipping tub. As far as amenities go, the building even has a complementary funicular service allowing you to skip the stairs. We'd book again without hesitation.

Simply the best

Check in was a breeze with great communication from the property manager, Juan Carlos. The property was exactly as pictured and was sparkling clean. Well appointed with towels, kitchen stuff, basic toiletries etc. The views were absolutely stunning, and it was fun to take the finicular up to the building (to avoid the stairs). Would recommend!

Fantastic condo

The condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous views. Fantastic patio with your own private dipping pool. Speakers throughout the unit, and you can easily connect your phone to the sound system. Perfect location. Everything was wonderful. I will be back.

The BEST rental in PV!

We are repeat renters! This place is amazing, has everything you need! So much so we stayed for 2 weeks this trip and still was not enough:) So wonderful. Just read all the reviews, AMAZING! Our first time staying in the Romantic Zone, and I think our new favorite. The Signature 406 properry was exactly as presented, but even more so with anything and everything you could possibly need - extra towels, beach towels, reusable bags for grocery shopping, laundry soap and dryer sheets, and every kitchen item you could ever want or need.possibly need. sheets
