    This apartment has it all. Just a half block from the buzzing action on Los Muertos beach and a stone's throw from all restaurants, cafes and bars in the Romantic Zone of PV. All local sites are an easy flat walk away. Prefer to relax in the complex instead? Not a problem! V177 offers a superb panoramic ocean view rooftop terrace with solar heated infinity pool with a saltwater cleansing system, heated Jacuzzi, a BBQ area, a fitness center with a view, ample seating areas and a TV lounge. There is also a common garden, interior courtyard and the rooftop that have WiFi access. Guests have the benefit of security on site and the elevator to every floor.
    The unit itself on the 3rd floor offers an ocean and town view. The 1 bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a pull out Queen sofa bed. Quality linens are provided. The unit has private secure WiFi connection, 2 flat screen LED TVs ONLY ON NETFLIX.
    The water is triple filtered in the building, so guests can drink from any tap. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser.
