    Del Mar PV sits on a cliff above the ocean. From the parking area it is 77 steps down to the condo, by stairs. Please pack in bags you can carry on stairs. If you have a question about access, message us before you book. The rocky beach is about 215–234 steps down.

We had the most amazing view of Banderas Bay. Rooms were clean, one bed was comfortable, the other bed was a bit worn down. Hosts are great. Living room furniture is a bit worn as well but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.
