Casa Calbalto sits on a hill in the tranquil 5 de Diciembre neighborhood. The views of the ocean, mountains, and the city are stunning from the amazing rooftop pool. With just a few blocks to the beach, this unit is in a boutique condominium building. It’s surrounded by wonderful places to eat and shop and a grocery store within walking distance.



The Space:

This amazing building won the 2020/2021 International Property Award and includes modern amenities such as triple filtered water, elevator, gym, fiber optic high speed internet, solar panels, and stunning heated rooftop infinity pool. Walk down 7 steps into this unique, open concept studio with 1 bathroom condo. The interior is decorated with high-end furnishings and elegant cabinetry throughout. Casa Calbalto provides a queen size murphy bed that can be hidden away during the day for more spacious living. This unit also includes modern amenities such as a mini split AC unit, 50’ Smart TV, washer/dryer combo unit, and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants.



The Neighborhood:

The historic Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood is a popular choice for visitors and locals due to its central location, cobblestone streets, and authentic Mexican charm. It’s located walking distance to major points of interest such as the Malecon (boardwalk) and has an abundance of taco stands, chic eateries, and fun nightlife.



Getting Around:

The condo is easy to get to by taxi, Uber, or transfer service, and is about 15-20 minutes south of the airport.

Casa Calbalto is located in a wonderful Mexican neighborhood with all it's charm and sounds. *The building is located on a small hill. *Smoking is not permitted in the condo.

OK but inside like a cave

Great location, nice Roof Top Terrace and pool, well equipped, staff great BUT too small for 2 people and cluttered and BUT BUT Dark like a cave...all artificial light.
