Beautiful custom made wrought iron king size bed with new king size Costco pillow top mattress. 65" Samsung smart TV.

Features inviting private courtyard with custom fountain, all under the shade of a beautiful Higuera tree. King size bed, desk area in bedroom, full kitchen with quality utensils and dishware. Uncrowded pool is just steps away, fast wireless internet included. We even include Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella for fun days on the beach!

Our courtyard has a locking gate - perfect for pets!

Weekly housekeeping service includes fresh towels and linens Please tip housekeeper Isabel!

Our condo is located between 2 properties (Pinnacle Signature and Residences) which charge double (and more) our rates. Locals refer to this area as "Mexican Beverly Hills"! Enjoy staying in Puerto Vallarta's best area for half price!

We have been coming to this condo complex for years - always a terrific experience and when we got the chance to 'buy in' we jumped at it. Stay here with confidence - your housekeeper (Isabel), janitor (Luis) and our local agent (Saskia) have all been here for many years! Now we would like to share our hidden (Escondido) treasure with you!
