Te va a encantar, por su espacio, por su ubicación, por lo acogedor y sus vistas espectaculares al campo de golf. Mi alojamiento es bueno para familias y grupos. La playa se encuentra a pocos pasos con accesos publicos muy proximos, Y de hecho, Tau beach club se encuentra tan solo al cruzar la calle. Ademas encontraras los mejores restaurantes a una distancia de maximo 10 minutos caminando.
    Con una ubicación ideal en un campo de golf en Marina Vallarta, esta elegante y espaciosa casa de 8 recámaras y 7 baños es el hogar perfecto para las vacaciones de sus sueños. Nuestra casa esta recientemente remodelada incluyendo una piscina con hermosas vistas al campo de golf y a la montaña (perfecta para ver el atardecer y el amanecer), una cocina bien equipada, recámaras amplias y cómodas con aire acondicionado, estacionamiento y wifi. ¡Esperamos darle la bienvenida en su segundo hogar!

Pretty much everything is worn out. With a major refurbishing it would be ideal. Until then we won't be back.

Good value for the cost

This is a beautiful property but is in need of maintenance. The cost was lower than other properties near by so you do get what you pay for. A/C in bedrooms only. As other reviews have said previously the house needs more towels and resources for staying for the amount of time and the number of people.

Almost perfect!

We were very comfortable at the house. It was very clean and spacious. There were only a few minor issues. There was a leak of water in the bathroom that is located in front of the laundry room and it did not have sufficient lighting. The bedroom that was out of service in the 3rd floor had a severe leak coming deom the mini split system that was so bad, that the water reached the bathroom. We had to clean it and put a bucket under it to hold the water.

Spacious house at Marina Golf

We enjoyed our stay at this 7 bedroom house, which has the Marina golf course as its backyard. Located next to the Marina, with all of its shops, restaurants, bars and services. The place is very spacious, so there's plenty of room for a large group. The bedrooms are large, and there's two living room areas. Very nice accomodations.

Spacious, great Decor and location was absolutely Perfect. Great Host

I stayed in Marina Vallarta mid December 2018 with 2 children and 3 other adults. Alberto the host was always responsive and prompt to reply. Accommodated an earlier check in and later check out. We all had great sized bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. The villa is very well configuration inside. On 3 levels offering good private space for all. The Villa had everything required . The location was perfect, short walk to shops, bars and restaurants . I Loved the stay and recommend this villa and location . Thank you very much Alberto for assisting us and we look forward to returning.. Annette Perry Dec 2018.
