Bad location

Very nice apartment with all the amenities. Amazing rooftop garden and infinity pool with incredible views. However, the apartment is on the 2nd floor facing the main road so you have constant loud noise from the road when using the terrace. Naya home only provides one complimentary cleaning and very cursory at that. The Pinnacle Residences is a very nice building but make sure to choose a unit opposite the road and do not book with Naya Home but with Pinnacle. That way you will be able to charge your drinks and meals to your unit and get frequent cleanings.

Overall Fine

Apartment was clean and quiet, it’s at the top of a large hill and there’s a funicular to get back and forth but it’s closed at night. The TV was broken and the lights in the bedroom didn’t turn on, not the end of the world but the staff knew the TV was broken and didn’t do anything to try to make it right.

Property not as listed

Property was listed as having a washer and dryer. Staying for 17 days that was important. Upon arriving I am told it was broken and soon to be replaced. As each day went by no replacement. Also unit had only 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth so I ended up drying with damp towels most of the time.
