"Excellent experience for my first all inclusive resort. The attentiveness from the every staff member was amazing but huge thanks goes to Jose. He was our assistant at the resort and helped with every detail of our stay. 10/10 recommend. Only con: we couldn’t enjoy the beach on the resort. We did leave to enjoy one beach day during our stay."

"The service of the staff is just outstanding. You can see the Director of the Hotel at the restaurants supervising everything, but across the property. All the people are really great, at the bar, the pool, towels, concierge. ALL OF THEM, at the restaurants. Miss Fernanda at the restaurants, Erwing, Emiliano and Karina in Carnival, Jose at CIN CIN, all, Ivan at the entrance, all are giving the extra mile"

"Pros: beautiful, well-maintained property, very attentive and friendly staff, delicious food, easy transportation to and from the airport, quiet location, not crowded at all, a truly relaxing vacation, most guests were seniors or families with young children Cons: We visited in September not knowing seaweed at the beach was a problem, the winter months would be a better time to go. We were offered free salon services or excursions if we agreed to attend a 1 1/2 hour “presentation” so beware, it’s just a sales pitch to join a membership to their hotels "
