The apartment includes air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine to make your stay as smooth as possible.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and private garden, as well as shared access to the rooftop pool and lounge area with ocean views.

It is strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages, hold meetings, or parties in the condominium lobby, which may only be used by residents for reading or watching TV/electronics.
