"All staff was wonderful, and facilities were clean and well kept for what the resort was. Pool bathrooms could’ve been cleaner but with everyone drinking and being by the pool during the height of the day, the condition was to be expected. The food was good and the restaurant choices were nice compared to other all inclusive resorts that I’ve stayed at in the area. Loved the adults only vibe, but being that there weren’t children to worry about in and near the water, I wish there was a hot tub in the general resort space. There was one in the spa and it was wonderful, but one near the pools would have been nice. The spa services were amazing and very reasonably priced, we did hydrotherapy twice and got a couple’s massage for less than what we would’ve paid for just the massage at many other resorts. The little beach area was inaccessible due to the toxic seaweed accumulation during this time of year, but that obviously isn’t the resorts fault. They had staff down there all day cleaning up the seaweed which helped mitigate the smell of it. Wonderful resort all around, would stay again!"

"Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed a better cleaning and the mattress had stains under the sheets. "

Whether we were relaxing poolside, enjoying the ocean breeze, or walking the property, everything felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Every restaurant delivered quality, variety, and great service—no shortcuts, just consistently good meals and drinks. Room service was prompt and well done, and the bars kept things fun without ever feeling chaotic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing—exactly what you want after a day in the sun. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Entertainment and activities were the perfect balance: plenty to do if you want it, but never overwhelming. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate something special, or just completely disconnect. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. If you’re considering Dreams Jade, book it—you won’t regret it."

"We had a fantastic family vacation at Iberostar Selection Riviera Cancún and would absolutely return. The resort is on the smaller side, which turned out to be a huge plus; everything felt calm, easy to navigate, and never overwhelming. It’s perfect if you want relaxation instead of chaos. The rooms were beautifully renovated, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The standout feature? The large jacuzzi soaking tub was a dream after long days in the sun. It honestly felt like a mini spa in the room. A huge highlight was the fitness program. The classes were excellent—well-run, energizing, and led by a knowledgeable, motivating trainer who clearly cared about proper form and about making the workouts accessible yet effective. It was refreshing to have fitness options that felt genuinely high quality rather than an afterthought. For families, the kids' club was outstanding. The staff were kind, engaged, and clearly experienced with children. Activities were well organized, fun, and age-appropriate, which gave us peace of mind—and some much-appreciated downtime knowing the kids were happy and well cared for. And across the entire resort, the staff were consistently warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. Service felt personal and sincere. "

The rooms were very clean, and our butlers (Indi, Saul, and Sebastian) were fantastic. We especially appreciate the onsite 24 hour doctor: my daughter got an ear infection and it was so convenient and nice to get her treated at the hotel."
