"amazing! beyond happiness! the staff is incredible, we felt taken care of always, everyone made us feel at home and pamperd. landscape is spectacular. the spa is super good. hotel reopened after tasteful, elegant yet laidback remodeling. villas are super comfortable, with amazing bathroom, private pool and terrace area. we loved every minute of our stay. thank you so much banyan! "Really nice place to stay although transportation was difficult to find and was far away from the center of where we wanted to go it was a nice place to stay with a/c. The rooms were nice, the outside view was beautiful, the location is pretty since it's private and someone opens the gate since its in a residential area and it's SAFE we traveled as a family of 8 with young kids. So we were safe to walk around the close area. The check in was until 1pm Not sure why. And i did not check since...

"The location is great, backing up on the beach. Unfortunately the hotel is in serious need of repairs and renovations. Very old towels, dirty curtains, bathrooms are in a poor state. The showers and bathrooms use very salty water- not great for hair and skin, and pretty dire for contact lenses wearer. Restaurant is nice and staff overall pleasant, with a couple of exceptions. Samayan on Reception was particularly helpful and friendly."

"This property was not even close to a 9 rating, also called wonderful. The room has 1 drawer, horrible shower, warm at best, A coffee Shop that is way over priced for the small portions. The grounds are clean, pool is nice."
