After the hurricane, the place looked old. The service at the restaurant was poor; it took too long for the food to be served. When we asked the waitress about the delay, he was on the phone. We ordered coffee martinis, but they told us they didn't have coffee. The pool towels were old, and there was no elevator.

Las condiciones del hotel no superan las 3 estrellas, necesita una remodelación total, los cuartos están en mal estado, los baños super anticuados, los restaurantes con servicios muy limitados, ojalá inviertan en el ya que es un hotel muy bonito y de mucha tradición y es una pena que lo dejen caer de esa manera

Probably was nice when we drove up check in took about 15 minutes. I don’t know why and room had issues the first night massive conversation build up three times we moved to another room, but they moved us to another room at midnight that had not had the air conditioning running, so it’s hot. Talk to the front desk manager about compensation would not do anything but upgrade on our next trip. why would you go back for an upgrade to a place enjoy secondly both my self and my boyfriend got sick off the food at the property. It’s about it.

La televisión no funcionaba bien porque solo tenía 3 canales, las almohadas olían horrible. No estoy de acuerdo con que la gente aparte los camastros y tarden horas para usarlos cuando hay gente que no tiene ni donde sentarse. En cuanto al servicio fue excelente, mi hijo tuvo una herida con un azulejo de la alberca y fueron muy amables y lo curaron y hasta le regalaron un helado, excelente de verdad. El buffet de la mañana de verdad todo delicioso y las instalaciones con buen mantenimiento

El hotel está bien y los servicios también. Falta un poco de personal porque si estás en la alberca puede pasar una hora sin que nadie te atienda. El mantenimiento del hotel tiene áreas de oportunidad.

Un hermoso hotel que en general se encuentra en buen estado pero se le nota un poco el paso del tiempo. Sus habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario sin embargo pienso que requiere un poco de mantenimiento para su remodelación, pienso que es un tema que seguro están atendiendo ya que los fenómenos meteorológicos que atravesaron no son para menos. Su personal al 100, muy atento y servicial, los servicios del hotel al 100! El buffet del desayuno es excelente y suficiente. En general por la actitud y limpieza 100, solamente es lo que comenté del mantenimiento. El ambiente del hotel es ideal para una escapada de amigos, familia y/o pareja.

Es una propiedad poco abandonada. Es de 1957 y ahí se quedó. Servicio mega lento en restaurantes y room service eternos. Me tocó estar en el segundo piso y no hay elevador! Un rollo con las maletas aunque te ayuden. En ningún piso sirven las máquinas para hacer hielo! Hay que pedirlo a room service y tardan hasta una hora! Para entonces ya para qué. Fatal aire acondicionador! Hacía mucho calor y los aires de ese hotel deben estar desde 1957! No llegan a enfriar el cuarto. En general ambiente aburrido. Sólo un día pusieron a un cantante en la alberca. Los demás días nada! No volvería nunca!
