We have such a great time with the kids. Great breakfast, nice pool to play a little bit, they gave us a welcome drink at the check inn. The rool was clean and full amenities, extra pillows, coffee maker, staff friendly, game station was an extra.

Todo perfecto, lo unico es que no me gusto fue que llegamos a la habitacion y no habia toallas, y los snacks que incluye la habitacion tampoco, las habiraciones no cuentan con paredes sonorizadas, todo se escucha, hasta cuando el vecino esta en el baño, es incomodo, por lo demas excelente

Nos encanta Ramada Encore Puebla. Las instalaciones limpias, tranquilas y con diseño de decoración de Trino muy agradable a la vista, y más viajando con niños. El desayuno buffet muy rico y con atención amable del personal. Los niños disfrutan mucho las consolas de videojuegos en el lobby. El único detalle que no me agradó es totalmente ajeno al hotel; el camino para llegar a la entrada (pie de carretera) está lleno de baches y en época de lluvia se hacen acumulaciones de agua importantes.
