"Is newly built Hotel. Place looks new and every night I’ve stayed there it has always been well cleaned and maintained. It’s very quiet at night. I always rest well. And I have always been included breakfast complementary on my stayed. Me and my family has always enjoyed our Stay at TruHilton hotel. It will always be my first choice of stay when Im in the area. "Hotel is beautiful, great old charm. We had a room with a king size bed and the room was huge! So much space. Loved the hacienda style. Lots of little places to sit and relax. Also, the restaurant was delicious, food was great. The Italian restaurant was amazing! Location is excellent, close to Zocalo, Cathedral and other amenities. LOVE IT!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience. "The staff from concierge to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were incredible. I was disappointed that the room did not have a refrigerator. The door to the room was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The HVAC unit did not communicate with the remote control. The elevator did not stop exactly with the floors creating a tripping hazard and difficult to enter with anything having wheels. "
