I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe.

Really not clean. Only one towel for two people. Towels and bedding are i think even hardly washed. Smelly bathroom. I asked for a tissue and they said go buy from pharmacy. The staff was nice, it wasn’t her fault obviously.

Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.

Room was very small, and had sewer smell, towels are very thin and wasted, last day toilet was not flushing. They didnt have the toiletries,( shampoo, conditioner) or the bathrobes they say on their hotel description.

Greeted courteous and had a cafe restaurant inside the hotel facility. Wish they placed more toilet paper and towels but very clean, hotel had facility to store clothes small dresser and safety lock. Spacious rooms. Also had chairs to sit will likely stay again. Close to everything and walkable and area is safe, walkable distance to Parian, zocalo, circle k around the block and many other restaurants around to eat. Thank for your attention.

Did the job, but wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were friendly but it was a bit of challenge as no one on staff spoke English. The rooms were okay - we booked a double bed as two friends traveling but the bathroom was open plan so there was no privacy. The shower flooded each time you showered and often was cold water. If you wanted privacy to get dressed/undressed you had to do this in the shower which a bit of a throwback to hostel vibes (without the cheaper price tag). The housekeeping service was very inconsistent - some days forgetting to give us towels, forgetting water, or some times not coming at all. The cafe down stairs is nice, we worked from there most days. But it produces a lot of noise early in the morning and you get woken up at 6am each morning. The rooms are loud and no windows, so no natural light or fresh air.

El wc de mi habitación no servía. No bajaba la palanca. Asi estuvo por 2 o 3 dias. Se oyen las conversaciones de las habitaciones contigüas, y el espacio de los baños es muy reducido.

The shower had a weird tilting and the water not only pooled but it was also overflowing if continuous for a couple minutes. Showers felt really difficult. The ceiling plaster was falling off and we even had bits randomly fall throughout our stay. There was no soap when we checked in. Staff was very accommodating and nice and the rooms were massive.

Desde que llegas, el recibimiento es cálido, las instalaciones están muy cerca del zócalo por lo cual es fácil de recorrer y conocer el centro histórico, la habitación estaba limpia y bastante cómoda, aunque es verdad que no todas tienen aire acondicionado, también tomen en cuanta si viajan con familia que el cristal de los baños tiene aperturas a los costados por lo que se llega a ver hacia dentro, el internet estuvo un poco lento los primeros días pero después todo bien, en general nos encantó y definitivamente volveremo.

creo que tiene posibilidades para mejorar, no hay ningun lugar donde colgar una toalla para ducharse, mucho menos donde poner alguna ropa, la regadera podria sustituise o darle manteminiento ya que se encuentra en en mal estado seguramente debido al agua del lugar, en general bien aunque poueden mejorar bastante
