It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Hotel muy recomendable , muy bonito y confortable, no es el clásico hotel de edificio cerrado y asfixiante. El valet parking joven muy atento y agradable. La señorita de recepción podría ser ligeramente más agradable , fue cordialmente tratable pero no se sentía la calidez del valet. La habitación muy limpia y con varios plus de comodidad. Lo único que me faltó fue conectarme al internet, no supe cómo hacerlo y ya no quise molestarme en solicitar ayuda. Mi recomendación para mejorar es que pongan un letrero muy visible para encontrar el hotel afuera en la calle porque ni con Google maps se puede dar con el a la primera, mínimo tomen una foto de como se ve la entrada desde la calle y subanla en su publicidad. La próxima ves que valla a Puebla ahí me volveré a hospedar.
