En general, el servicio es excelente. Cada vez que visito Puebla, que es muy constante cada mes o menos, me gusta llegar a este hotel desde la primera vez que lo conocí. Siempre que viajo entre semana el hotel es para mí :) He tenido, solamente, como dos situaciones en tema de solicitudes en Recepción, pero comprendo que muchas veces no está alcance pero siempre ellos muy amables. En restaurante, el Sr. Héctor muy amable. Me encanta cuando llego a encontrar buffet. Me gusta mucho el espacio.

Todavía no entrábamos al hotel cuando ya estábamos recibiendo un mal trato por parte del gerente Jaime. Aún estando en el carro nos dijo que no podíamos dejarlo en el estacionamiento del hotel porque supuestamente “tenía cupo lleno”, cuando lo que estaba haciendo era darle trato preferencial a gente que no estaba hospedada en el hotel. La solución que nos dio el gerente fue dejar el carro en una pensión enfrente del hotel y que después de cierto horario nosotros debíamos pagar la pensión. A lo cual nosotros no estuvimos de acuerdo, ya que debía de existir preferencia para los hospedados. Sin embargo, el valet parking nos comentó que existía disponibilidad. Por otro lado, el baño de la habitación tenía residuos de heces fecales, al reportarlo, la respuesta fue que eso era trabajo de otra área. Hicimos una reservación de una habitación doble porque éramos cuatro personas, al pedir más toallas (solo nos dieron tres) nos dijeron que no podían darnos más. Además de esto, el gerente Jaime hizo un comentario en el cual nos dio a entender que éramos mentirosas porque no podíamos entrar más de 2 personas a una habitación doble. En general, el trato del gerente fue irrespetuoso, prepotente y soberbio. Mi recomendación es que no se hospeden en este lugar, ya que parece que pagué para ser tratada de la peor manera posible.

Habitación 324 excelente ubicación, sin embargo en el piso de arriba, durante varias horas había mucho ruido, movían muebles, demasiado ruido por varias horas y muy molesto, desconozco si esta habitación que da a la párate superior de la 324 sea habitación o bodega, ya que parecía que estaban haciendo reparaciones, pero hay que cuidar ese detalle ya que mi visita fue de descanso y el tema del ruido fue muy molesto los dos dias.

Hay una mala organización por parte de las personas que acomodan los autos, estacionan los vehículos que van a dejar el hotel en la entrada de los autos y bloquean el acceso al estacionamiento, la persona salió y me dijo que no me podía meter y que me fuera a dar vueltas hasta que se desocupa el lugar..

El aire acondicinado no servia, el baño tenia esta muy sucio y descuidado, las camas se movian mucho, no contaba con caja fuerte dentro de la habitación. Para el precio que pague tenia muchas deficiencias la estancia.

The hotel is in desperate need of basic repairs and upgrades throughout. It is dirty, loud, uncomfortable and the personnel was inadequate and unprofessional. I had numerous complaints which were ignored: room with no air conditioning; pool remained open until 10:30 pm even though it was supposed to be closed at 9:00 pm.:
