We loved our stay! The staff was so friendly and the design of the space is breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was so much attention to detail in every corner to surprise and delight you. The drinks and food is amazing, and like the hotel, are works of art unto themselves. We plan to come back very soon!

Most comfortable hotel

Excellent hotel with rooms that are decorated beautifully. Located in the historic district of Puebla. The staff were very attentive and polite. Most spoke English as well as Spanish. The food in the restaurant was wonderful as well. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great place, amazing service, delicious food.

We have a great time. The hotel was terrific; the bed, the sheets, the toiletries, the Jacuzzi, and the service were perfect. The location is perfect, near everywhere. Clean, with a beautiful view of the Cathedral and the most friendly and professional staff ever. Thanks, Nayelli and Rosendo, for a fantastic stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and a lot of them spoke English. They also helped us with our Spanish! The spa was very relaxing and everything was very reasonably priced. Great internet in the common areas; just not in our room itself. The pool is small, but very clean and nice. Delicious food at the restaurant and at breakfast. Wonderful place!

The hotel was perfectly reasonable and our room (junior suite) was on the roof so was quiet for most of the stay. The stairs to the room were unlit and we couldn’t find the switch. We asked the staff on the first night to switch it on but it wasn’t switched on on the second night, so not ideal. We had to ask for our free drink and when it was given we weren’t allowed - it seemed - to drink it at the bar but instead had to have it in our room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with very good access to the local sights.

First time here, came for a wedding. Staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The architecture of the building was beautiful and Unique. The zocalo is a beautiful area and we were lucky enough to be there when they had decorated for dia de los muertas. We had a wonderful stay overall!
