The location was amazing, could not have been a better location. Right on the downtown square, within walking distance of everything. The hotel was an older one with a very vintage look but well maintained. My only complaint is we got a room in the 2nd floor and it was one with no windows. It was extremely hot at times since there is no AC. Other than that everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is great, the restaurant looked great but we never ate there. My main issue is that it needs AC and to update the pillows. Everything else was great, staff is really friendly.

Really good location. Small dingy room with tiny windows at floor level. A nice view if you lay on the floor. I booked a room with a balcony, or so I thought. Shame on me for not complaining and getting it changed. Location perfect to explore the historical area.

Not worth the stay

The place has no parking & there will be additional fee for it. $120 mx pesos. The rooms are small. Beds with concrete base. No ice on premises. No a/c. Towels and sheets are tearing apart. Good deal on hotels.com but you cannot upgrade snd and if you want to extend your stay you will have to check out ( leave the room with all your belongings) and wait for another room to be assigned. Good things: good location, luggage storage free of charge, elevator and bell service are nice.

Due to the celebration of Dia De Los Muertos the streets were closed/ blocked and access to the hotel and valet was impossible! The traffic was a nightmare! We drove around 3 times, before I ended up walking to ask a police officer, what we could do about our car and get to the hotel. We ended up walking about a block to the hotel and the valet came to pick up our car. I feel that anyone that has a car or is going to use the parking should be notified in advance of the inconvenience during the holidays and you still get charged daily. The middle age man in the lobby during the DAY HAD NO PERSONALITY. The hotel location is perfect for anyone without a car.
