"I went down with my family from the US to take my wife to Clinica Ruiz for a special medical treatment. The host was very kind and helpful during our stay and went and exchanged US dollars for us while we went out on a day trip. My wife will be there for a month for her treatment. My wife's mother will be staying at the clinic with her during that time. The host kindly offered to help any way possible and even has plans to take my mother in law out shopping to help her pass the time and keep her...

"The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "

"This location is a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sounds of Puebla. It is near many attractions such as shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. The courtyard parking is a huge benefit. Our host greeted us and helped us get settled. We will definitely stay at 17th Century “Casa de la Virgen” again."
