They took care of my bags, made me feel comfortable right away, and the check-in process was simple and smooth ❤️ The team was incredibly friendly and professional. When I entered the room, I was impressed. It was stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from slippers and a cozy robe to a wonderful shower with luxurious shampoo and body care products. Finally, I lay down on the soft, comfortable bed and fell asleep almost instantly, enjoying complete comfort and relaxation."

"Always staying here when I’m in Shanghai catching flight leaving come Pudong. Customer service is excellent, even the room service lady. Ask for help from the lady (didn’t get her name. Think her card number says 222) she was super helpful and super cheerful. Just makes you feel welcomed and right at home. "

"The room was amazing. It was quite large and clean and provided everything I needed for my stay including a shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was well kept and clean and had a lot of amenities great for solo travelers or families. Staff was friendly. The site states multilingual staff, including English speaking, however I found the staff I interacted with couldn’t speak English. They were super friendly and helpful though and we were able to communicate via translator! I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and would stay again if I ever get the opportunity. "
