Excellent stay. Loved the resort, bell men were great but front desk can use a little smile and Aloha vibe. Rooms were god although the refrigerator leaked in the bottom and master King bed TV did not work but was mentioned to the front desk but did not receive a follow up if we wanted someone to ...

Castle Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa
Kitchen had all the tools and the grill had propane. All the literature was easy to understand and posted in plain view. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean - it was a beautiful home away from home. Parking was easy and the staff were so friendly.
