"We all enjoyed Villa Carlo. It was spacious and comfortable. There was excellent air conditioning, very important for the very warm June weather. We all loved the pool. There were beautiful views from every window. The whole region was gorgeous. The highlight for the whole group was Massimo's cuisine. He produced wonderful meals and was very responsive to our dietary requirements (several vegetarians). It was a fantastic experience."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa nelle Marche con un gruppo di 12 persone. Spaziosa, pulita e immersa nel verde, con una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi. La cucina sarebbe da attrezare in modo diverso con piu disponibilità utensili, ma le camere confortevoli. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Un posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e natura. Consigliatissima!"

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage dort inklusive meiner 87 jährigen Schwiegermutter. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nahegelegenen Badezimmer.
