You can't beat the location in terms of the beach, absolutely perfect! Quiet, easy going and lovely in every way. The staff is simply OUTSTANDING!!! I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world where service is paramount, but this mid level priced hotel simply has amazing people working there from the front desk, wait staff and the house keeping staff. Cannot say enough about how great they are. My single complaint would be the lack of black out shades in the bedrooms. They have shutters that let in more light than I care for but that may just be me. Not the most walkable location but still, manageable:). Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

I’m so happy I book west bay club! They help me when I needed it the most, I book a car thru Expedia with economy, which I don’t recommend to anyone, the car radio didn’t work, the seat was torn up and I got a flat tire because the tire was bald. I tried calling the car rental phone number on the contract but it didn’t work. i took a taxi back to the west bay club and told them I was having car issues they call the rental company and had the car repair immediately. They took care of my problem with a breeze. For that I was thankful. This is why I book great resorts like west bay 🙏 my resort room was amazing and the beach was 1 min walk. Will book west bay again for a peace of mind !

All of the staff friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful. Everything was wonderful, this made our 10th anniversary and honeymoon 10yrs later so enjoyable. The extra touches of champagne in our room and the dessert that they surprised us with singing Happy Anniversary. Highly recommend and we definitely will be back.

Staff is so nice and accommodating! The hotel is in the quiet side of Grace Bay which is actually nice. Aracelys, Geovanni and Kauron are the best. Rum punch is delish.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff was excellent and courteous. Bear in mind this island is a little on the pricy side, but go ahead and pamper yourselves. We're glad we did!

This was a great stay. The suite was larger than we expected! Nice and quiet private beach with chairs always available. Only issue we had was not the greatest food choices from the two restaurants. Also things shut off early and 24 hour room service for example is not available. We also found a cockroach in our salad we ordered pool side one day. Not saying it’s the norm but a little bit more carefulness goes a long way. Otherwise would recommend this resort.

Just ok. Distant from restaurants and shopping. Breakfast non imaginative (except steamed vegetables?). Pastries not replenished when ran out. Broken tiles in room. Towels like sandpaper. Were treated better by staff when we went to WYMARA next door or Ritz Carlton (attentive/smiles). Check out at 1100 when all flights leave mid afternoon-couldn’t give us an hour more when paying so much.

Essentially this hotel was an epic fail for us. We reserved an “ocean view studio” for my birthday trip and instead were given a small block room with a view of a wall and the top of a palm tree….and this was after weeks of direct communication with the resort about how special this trip was and arranging dinner reservations, massages, etc. It felt like a concrete cell with beach decor. Thankfully we rented a car, because there is absolutely nothing to do aside from the beach and pool….and the staff had no suggestions besides the over priced excursions. Additionally, the location on west Grace Bay puts you by absolutely nothing…..save yourself a lot of car time by staying mid beach or the east end. The restaurant was fair for dinner but priced like the surrounding upscale ones. And while a full breakfast is included, it was the exact same offering every single day. The property itself is clean and nicely laid out, really only lacking some covered seating areas for rain days. Housekeeping for our room however was a joke. One day they didn’t come at all (but said they did) and the remaining days in the late afternoon….and we must have been last of the day as we only ever had two towels after day one. Best suggestion….stay somewhere with more amenities and at least mid beach. This surely wasn’t the place for a “special” trip…..won’t return

The room that you booked is a Garden View Studio, I have also reviewed the Expedia Web Site to make sure there is no misunderstanding in the room description or pictures which would indicate Ocean View. Good: The room was beautiful with views to the waters. Cleaning staff did a great job. The staff at the restaurant and beach bar were very polite. Food was also good. Bad: Water pressure was low, not a big deal. My main issue is the cost of drinks. Two drinks would cost 40 dollars American ( 48 Canadian ). I know Turks is expensive, but that limited our purchases.

We stayed at the west bay club in 2021 and had a fabulous time. My husband and I were so excited to return this year to celebrate his 50th birthday. We were really disappointed during our visit. The whole resort looked tired, both the rooms and the grounds. It was also not as clean as it used to be, with food on the floor of the breakfast area that had clearly been there since the night before. This was not what we were expecting for $1000 per night, especially after such a great visit in 2021.

Service and accommodations were very good. Times of Housekeeping were erratic and sometimes needed to be called for at the front desk Beach access was excellent but the bar needs more offerings - Pool bar needs to be open longer Also - Needs a larger Fitness Center with an upgrade of equipment Overall - West Bay Club is a very good stay but not outstanding

This location was very nice. The only thing we noticed was this place seems like it was for a older crowd while we were there. We would stay here again though cause it was nice and we loved the room.

This was the first time we visited TCI and West Bay Club was a great place for us. One of the best beaches on the island. The included breakfast was very good and having Wymara right next door was nice. We dined there as well.
