Amazing view of the ocean and the location is perfect. Didn’t use our car the whole stay as everything was in walking distance and public transport was close as well. The unit is very cozy and the perfect size. the staff was also very kind and helpful.

It was dirty and outdated. The lawns and bbq area were in need of attention. The room was in need of a good clean especially under the beds, draws (we found a random pair of undies and socks), and the dryer filter looked as though it had never been cleaned. However the location couldn't have been better, and the heated pool was great.

The view was amazing. Location was great. But there was no lid on the toilet seat. TV antenna needs to be fixed coming apart at the back could only watch channel 10 with out interference. There was no one at the front desk to discuss any problems. The entire unit just needs a good clean. Don’t think we would book here again.

We were able to check in early and they helped us with our baggage at the end of the stay enabling us to explore and experience the Gold Coast even more. Staying in a two-bedroom apartment meant we had terrific uninterrupted views of the beach and experienced amazing sunrises every morning. The apartment came stocked with all the essentials to stay for over a week, including its own washing machine and dryer as well as the kitchen having a full-size fridge/freezer.

The unit was huge, spectacular views up and down the beach. Was there two nights, in 5 attempts didn’t catch reception open once. A bit of a shame because with such a spectacular venue, a little bit of customer service would have been nice. Couldn’t find remote for aircon, couldn’t get anyone to help me so couldn’t cool down.

The rooms were big and had a nice view of the beach but the shower sprayed water everywhere, we had to fix it to beable to shower. There were dirty dishes and cutlery in the draws and the worse part was a poo smear on the toilet wall. Reception closed early so we had trouble getting into the building and we could fit into the carpark. After numerous calls i was told we aren't on site so park on the road or wherever you can find a spot.

The unit was spacious, fantastic views and in a great location central to everything, however the appartment was dirty, the fridge was disgusting, the cutlery, bowls and plates were filthy.The bed linen in my daughters room had a stain. This was a real shame and really let the apartment down. We would not stay again which is disappointing, as this would be a great place if cleaned properly

Adequate but basic accommodation

Good central Surfers location, friendly staff, apartment drab and dated with assorted issues - TV aerial lead and connection to TV broken but given a temporary fix by manager, electronic door was faulty and kept locking us out, telephone wouldn’t work to contact manager, no apartment instruction manual on what to do when problems arise, no evacuation procedures on the back of the door, air-con remote was missing but quickly replaced, no blanket on bed but a horrible old and shabby one was in the wardrobe, no air-con in the bedroom only in the lounge/kitchen. General surfaces were “serviced clean” but whole apartment needs a through clean - especially the shower recess. Adequate but basic accommodation.
