It is located less than seven minutes drive to the world #1 rated beaches Grace Bay beach and Long Bay beach. Just few minutes walk to one of our most interesting historical sites - "The Hole". Less than seven minutes drive to pharmacies, clinics, supermarkets, liquor stores, bars, night clubs, casinos, restaurants, police station, church, Grace Bay corporate offices. The building over looks Grace Bay city , the lovely Juba Sound waters with a nice view of the sunrise/sunset. With it's own WiFi, iron, iron board, washing machine & dryer (no coin needed), AC & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedroom, 55" TV, hair dryer & flat iron, soaps, shampoo, towels (bath & beach), linens, hangers, fully furnished/equipped kitchen you'll have all the conveniences of home. We can even do your laundry, iron your clothes at a small fee. With two large patios, this 1bedroom provides a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.
