Poor lighting at night. difficult to find our property.

disappointing for the price
the wifi was terrible - I could not connect to the wifi and Telstra service to the area was just as bad. My whole reason for booking at $500.00 a night was so I could work - needing WIFI

We're sorry to hear that you are upset that the WiFi wasn't working on your device(s) and that Telstra don't provide adequete coverage in this area. In regards to the phone coverage of the area, that's something you'll need to take up with Telstra, we're at their behest on these things, and they own the towers, not much we can do about that unfortunately. We've had the IT company who manages the WiFi come and investigate and they couldn't find any issues with the coverage in the cottage that you were located in, not saying that you didn't have problems, but just an update in that regard.Again, We're sorry you had a poor experience here and we do hope that you will try and stay another time.
Cabin was clean, no hair dryer, no fry pan in the kitchen, when I asked for one it took over an hour for the manager to come and tell me he could not find one and he doesn’t even have one himself.
No TV or radio, no mobile reception.
