Great location for what we needed it for. Walking distances to a great coffee shop. Staff was very helpful.

initially when we checked in the room seemed cleaned, staff that checked us in/out were very polite and helpful, when we woke up the next morning to ants (a lot of ants) were in the bathroom sink/floor and even found an ant in the bed (gross!!!) brought it to the Manager's attension (who denied they found ants (wish i had taken a picture) and then proceeded to say after we left they found "vomit" in the sink (absolute BS) we will be contacting the corporate offices -

Would have been fine given the price, but the hotel reception did not open in the morning, so there was no continental breakfast (though that was supposed to be included) and I could not formally check out.
