"Came here for a solo trip. Location is a little off the beaten path by train/subway, and maybe a little sketch, but it's easy by road. Price is great. Room was mostly fine, but furnishings were minimal and a little beat. There isn't much close by, so you'll be hoofing it at least ten minutes towards downtown Brooklyn for restaurants, potentially further for easy subway access. This place is directly under the BQE, so there's going to be traffic noise - I thought it was fine for being right next to the highway, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might be a tough stay.
For the price, this was more than fine; I'd stay again if needed. Keep your expectations in check. "
"Love this hotel for the location close to public transportation, the friendly staff, the amazing cooked-to-order breakfast, and the super comfy beds. I reduced 1 star for facilities because 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order causing a slight inconvenience. Rooms are clean and modern, with yoga mats, exercise bands, and standing desk. This is my go-to for work in Manhattan for all of the above combined with a reasonable price. I will return!"
"Very accomdating staff, pleasant. Bed was very comfortable with plenty pillows, adjustable temp control that worked. The area aeemed quite safe but dining required a fair bit of walking. On arrival, I was given a list of restaurants and drug stores reasonably close but several blocks away. There were no shops on the block or the next, mostly a noncommercial area. Would stay again."
