The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn't know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed". I found this insulting and coloured what is otherwise a really nice hotel and comfortable room.

A beautiful location set in peaceful gardens with two choices of pools. The attentiveness, service and quality of service was excellent - and very clean - genuinely lovely staff and delicious cuisine. We had a panorama view room which definitely made our stay - the views from our balcony were stunning. Peaceful, relaxing and would have loved to have stayed longer.

The Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The return journey Bastia to hotel doubled the cost of this holiday which, Expedia should have warned. A 4 star hotel needs a bar open in the evenings before dinner, which this hotel does not have. Nor any communal areas except poolside.

Our stay at Bartaccia Hotel was great! Staff was really kind and efficient! Our room was really nice and clean with a beautiful view onto the sea! The hotel restaurant is really good and servers were really nice and kind! Really close to the sea by car or by foot!

Vegan friendly quiet hotel to explore south coast
It’s a great little and very quiet hotel with nice ambience. I would recommend it for those, who don’t spend much time in the hotel itself and rather want to explore south coast by car. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed spacious room with fantastic view from the balcony, great cleaning service and delicious cuisine in the restaurant suitable for vegan/vegetarians. For breakfast there was nothing suitable for vegans besides coffee, plant milk and fruits. Adding bread would be really nice since hotel already does offer dinner vegan options and even has cruelty free toiletries.

Having a car makes this hotel more viable.
We were in the new part of the hotel which was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A car makes for easy visiting of interesting places and great restaurants. Eg the old tax house restaurant in the middle of nowhere Olmero.

Arrivé à 16h ,à la réception on nous a demandé si on réservait une table sans savoir si la carte nous convenait. On m’a fait scanner un QR code mais pas de chance pas de réseau pas de wifi !!! On nous a donné le menu sur papier. Nous vous téléphonons. La réceptionniste nous dirige vers la chambre nous découvrons la chambre très agréable mais nous avions l’impression de ne pas être seul dans la chambre.nous écoutions tout.Nous étions la pour notre anniversaire de mariage !2 portes communicantes n’étaient pas verrouillées.La porte salle de bain ne fermait pas Ceci dit nous avons dormi.Dommage le 4étoiles aurait pu être parfait.

L'hôtel est au calme, les chambres sont rénovées et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent Dommage que pour un 4*, il n'y ait pas assez de transats autour de la piscine "adultes" où les serveurs du bar laissent les enfants sauter et crier... alors qu'une autre piscine est disponible... Egalement à remarquer un manque de parasols qui seraient les bienvenus par forte chaleur... et enfin je l'ai signalé mais nous avons été réveillé par votre surpresseur reproduisant le bruit d'une perceuse dès qu'un client tire de l'eau, situé juste en dessous de la chambre 11M.... vraiment pas top pour un week end de repos... J'ai une agence de voyage et malheureusement je ne pourrais pas conseiller votre établissement....
