Have stayed several times at lagoons but this time it felt a bit run down for the price. The room wasn’t all that clean inside, so much bird poo and feathers all over the deck, it felt a bit dirty to walk out there or sit there. Especially when we paid for a swim out room.
Pool was great & had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Staff were lovely.
Paid an extra guest fee with booking and then on arrival paid again to have the sofa bed made up should really be included in the extra guest charge. Overall a little disappointed in our stay this time.
