"When we arrived, the person checking us in seemed very distracted or possibly intoxicated. He checked us into a room that already had someone in it. As I was gathering luggage and parking the car, I sent my wife and daughter up to the room. They were met with someone already in there. It was remedied by the person that checked us in after a trip to the desk. When I alerted the person in charge the next morning, she was very dismissive. Explaining to me that it happens and thats just the way it is. Not a great experience with the desk staff. Other than that, the place was as advertised."

"Checked in and given room key, went to that room unlocked door and there were people in the room. Went back to front desk and was given different room number, went to that room and unlocked door but couldnt open door because the safety latch was flipped over on the inside. Back to the front desk again and was given a third room where we finally got in. Room was pretty clean besides the bedspreads looked dirty and a lot of dirt on the window ledge by the window seat. "

"The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay"

"The room was clean and spacious. Felt very safe and easy to get to. Note: Bring your own towels and pillows. There is shopping and dining very close. "

"I stayed here a few years ago and I remembered much better. This time, it was a little dirty- hallway carpets and eleveator, especially. The room was okay, except the tv is heavily controlled. I wasn't even allowed to change the volume of the tv. And the only thing else negative I would share, it appears that this hotel definitely views patrons who book through 3rd party sites differently. Hefty deposits. Gave my sister-in-law a room with only one bed and a nasty stained couch foldout when she booked a two queen. She arrived later in the evening and they didn't seem to care bc "she booked through 3rd party". Breakfast was okay. Bed was fine. Shower was good. Location was awesome. "
